Kentucky style Wings

FRYER (recommended): Temper for 10 minutes under refrigeration. Fry in hot oil (160ºC) for 11 minutes. Fry a few units at a time. Another option is to fry the product directly frozen in hot oil (180ºC) for 9 minutes. OVEN: Preheat the oven to 200ºC with the up and down heat option and fan and place the product in the central tray of the oven without defrosting. Bake for 20 minutes. AIR FRYER: Preheat the equipment at 200ºC for 3 minutes. Directly from the freezer, remove the product from the package and place it inside the air fryer avoiding overlapping. For a 1200W power appliance, heat 18 minutes at 200ºC.
