Classic ham croquettes. Crunchy on the outside and with a generous amount of béchamel sauce that makes them very tender. Excellent for snacking and tapas or as a garnish.

Cured ham 13%.
Instructions for use

FRYER (recommended): Straight from the freezer, fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC), for 3 minutes. Fry a few units at a time. Make sure they are well covered with oil without touching each other. Let stand 3 minutes before eating. PAN: Straight from the freezer, fry in abundant and very hot oil (180ºC) for 3 minutes. Turn them often to get a more homogeneous browning. Let stand 3 minutes before serving.
