OVEN (recommended): Preheat the oven to 200ºC. Remove the plastic protective film and place the product, directly from the freezer, on the middle rack. Bake for 35 minutes at 200ºC. If the oven has a fan, bake for 25 minutes at 200ºC. MICROWAVE: Remove the plastic protective film and the aluminum tray, and place the product directly from the freezer in a microwave-safe container. Heat at 900W for 7-8 minutes.
