Tressoro Serranita croquette with Iberian ham, bell pepper and aioli

Ingredients

La Serranita Croquette     4 Unidades
Aioli 35g
Iberian ham     20g
Green bell pepper confit     30g
Chives 1g

Preparation

- Cut the bell pepper into strips and confit.

- Cut the Iberian ham into cubes.

- Fry the croquettes.

- Serve the croquettes on a plate and place an aioli tip on each one and the bell pepper on top.

- Decorate with the diced ham.
