Ingredients

Marinated chicken tenderloin Prielá / Frinca 150 g
Avocado 100 g
Lime juice  
Cilantro  
Pepper and salt

Preparation

- Prepare the guacamole: mash the avocado with the lime juice, coriander, pepper and salt.

- Fry the marinated chicken tenderloin Frinca / Prielá.

- Place the guacamole in a bowl and serve with the chicken tenderloin.
