Spring Roll with Rice Noodles

Ingredients

Spring Roll Price / Prielá 2 Units
Rice Noodles 50g
Green asparagus 2 Units
Soy Sauce  

Preparation

- Cook the rice noodles. Drain and pass through the faucet so that they do not continue to cook.

- Blanch the asparagus and cut into thin strips lengthwise.

- Fry the Prielá / Price Spring Rolls.

- Sauté the rice noodles in a pan with a little oil. Add soy sauce to taste.

- Arrange the rice noodles on the bottom of the serving plate, placing the halved spring rolls on top.

- Finish the dish with the blanched asparagus on top of the spring rolls.
