Breaded squid sticks with romesco sauce

Ingredients

Breaded Squid Sticks Priela / Frinca 160 g
Romesco sauce     30 g
Mixed lettuce     15 g
Tomato 15 g
Chives 8 g
Toasted hazelnuts     4 g
Bread crumbs     5 g
Salt 1 g

Preparation

- Dress the lettuces with 1/3 of the romesco sauce and the bread crumbs.

- Place the salad in a mold. Add the tomato slices.

- Add 1/3 of the romesco sauce and the hazelnuts. Cover with the sliced chives.

- Fry the breaded Rabas.

- Unmold the salad on the plate and add the rabas.

- Decorate with hazelnuts and the rest of the sauce.
