Prawn croquette (La del Mar - Gastrobar) with its tartar and kimchi mayonnaise

Ingredients

Sea Croquette 3 Units
Enlisted red shrimp 40g
Mayonnaise 30g
Kimchee 5g
Chopped chives     2g

Preparation

- Peel the shrimp and chop finely.

- Mix the mayonnaise with the kimchi.

- Fry the croquettes.

- Serve the croquettes on a plate and place a dollop of kimchi mayonnaise on each one and the shrimp tartar on top.

- Finish the dish with the chopped chives.
