Chicken nuggets with brava sauce and endive salad

Ingredients

Chicken nuggets 180 g
Lettuce salad 20 g
Endives 1 Unit
Tomato 20 g
Onion 10 g
Carrot 15 g
Olives 5 g
Salsa Brava 20 g

Preparation

-Prepare the endives: reserve the largest leaves and cut the rest into julienne strips.

- Peel and cut the tomato into thick cubes.

- Peel and cut the onion and the carrot in long julienne strips.

- Fry the nuggets.

- Dress the salad with half of the brava sauce. Add the tomato, onion, carrot and olives.

- Place the salad in the center of the plate with the nuggets on top.

- Decorate the plate with the large endive leaves and the rest of the olives.

- Serve with the rest of the sauce.
