Moussaka au gratin and eggplant chips with honey

Ingredients

Moussaka with béchamel 300g 1 Unit 
Eggplant 20g
Flour 20g
Honey 6g
Fresh flowers 3 Units
Olive oil  
Salt  

Preparation

· Cut the eggplant into thin slices.

· Dredge in flour and fry in oil. Drain and season.

· Bake the moussaka.

· Dress the flowers with oil, honey and salt.

· Serve the moussaka in the center of the plate, add the eggplant chips and the flowers in the form of a bouquet.

· Decorate the plate by sprinkling the eggplant chips with honey.
