Meat Lasagna with peasant sauce with goat cheese

Ingredients

Prielá Meat Lasagna Recetas del Mesón 300 g 1 Unit
Milk 150 g
Wheat flour 7,5 g
Garlic 1 Unit
Goat cheese 12,5 g
Salt 1 g
Oregano  

Preparation

- Sauté the garlic with the butter. Add the flour, cook for 1 minute and add the milk and oregano.

- Add salt and boil for 5 min. over low heat.

- Remove from the heat, grate half of the cheese and add to the sauce.

- Arrange the rest of the cheese in circles on a baking tray. Bake 2 min. at 180 ºC. Roll into a cylinder shape.

- Place the sauce in a baking dish. Place the meat lasagna on top of the sauce and bake for 25 minutes.

- Remove from the oven, plate and decorate with the cheese wafers.
