Spinach lasagna without béchamel sauce with romanesco and romesco sauce

Ingredients

Spinach lasagna without bechamel sauce 1 Unit
Extra virgin olive oil  
Romesco sauce  
Romanesco  
Salt  
 

Preparation

• Prepare in the oven or microwave the spinach lasagna without béchamel sauce.

• Cook the romanesco by boiling it (with a little salt) and put it aside.

• Arrange the romesco sauce on a plate and place the lasagna on top.

• Brush it with olive oil and grate some of the romanesco on top.

• The rest of the romanesco is placed on the plate as an accompaniment.
