Iberian ham croquette (La Ibérica - Gastrobar)     3 Unidades
Salmorejo 80g
Iberian ham     8g
Cebollino picado 2g

Preparation

- Cut the Iberian ham into shavings.

- Fry the croquettes.

- Place the croquettes on the serving plate.

- On the side of the plate, place the salmorejo.

- Arrange the ham shavings over the croquettes and the salmorejo.

- Decorate with the chopped chives.
