Gouda Fingers with Mango Curry Sauce

Ingredients

Finger of gouda 120g
Curry and mango sauce 50g
Cebollingo 1g
Chopped dried cranberries 2g
 

Preparation

- Chop the blueberries and the chives.

- Fry the gouda fingers and drain on absorbent paper.

- Place the fingers harmoniously in the coccotte with waxed paper, place the sauce pan with the curry and mango sauce on the side, with the chives and the blueberries on top.
