Tuna Pasties with Tomato Basil Sauce

Ingredients

Tuna Pasties 3 Units 
Tomato 2 Units
Basil  
Garlic  
Sugar  
Extra virgin olive oil  

Preparation

· Prepare the tomato sauce: peel and remove the seeds from the tomatoes. Chop in brunoise.

· Season and add the basil. Sauté in the oil until done.

· Fry or bake the Prielá / Frinca Tuna Pasties.

· Arrange the tomato sauce in the bottom of the dish.

· Place the pasties on top and decorate with a basil leaf.
