Chicken Crunchy with Cream Cheese and Curry Cream

Ingredients

Chicken Crunchy  100g 
Philadelphia cheese  30g
Mayonnaise 10g
Yellow Curry  
Red Curry  
Arugula

Preparation

- Mix in a bowl half of the mayonnaise, the red curry and half of the Philadelphia cheese and stir well until everything is integrated.

- In another bowl, mix the other half of the mayonnaise, the yellow curry and the other half of the Philadelphia cheese. Stir well until it is a uniform cream.

- Fry the chicken crunchy.

- To serve, put the two sauces and the chicken crunchy on a plate with some arugula on top.
