Crunchy aged cheese with chocolate duo

Ingredients

Croquettes "La Zamorana" 2 Units
Dark chocolate coating  
White chocolate coating  
Raspberry jam  
Shredded coconut  
Cocoa powder  

Preparation

· Fry the croquettes and let them cool.

· Melt dark chocolate and white chocolate separately.

· Dip the tips of one of the croquettes in dark chocolate.

· Put the melted white chocolate in a piping bag and pour it in the shape of a thread over the other croquette.

· Decorate to taste with the jam, coconut and/or cocoa powder.
