Carrot crunchy burger with bimi and orange salad

Ingredients

Carrot burger 1 Unit
Yogurt or tzatziki sauce 35g
Bimi 40g
Orange 20g
Carrot 20g
Spring onion 10g
Cilantro 1g
Olive Oil 10g

Preparation

- Peel and cut the carrot into long slices with a peeler and place in cold water to curl.

- Cut the onion into thin julienne strips.

- Peel the orange and remove the peeled segments.

- Boil the bimi in salted water for 4 minutes.

- Fry the falafel crunchy burger and drain on paper towels.

- In a bowl mix the orange, carrot, onion and coriander and dress with the olive oil. Arrange harmoniously on the plate.

- Place the yogurt sauce in a sauceboat.

- Heat the bimi and arrange on the plate and top with the carrot crunchy burger.
