Croquettes of Vegetables and Goat Cheese with Romesco

Ingredients

Croquettes with Roasted Vegetables and Prielá Goat Cheese / Frinca 4 Units
Onion 1 Unit
Garlic 5 Units
Tomato 12 Units
Ñora 1 Unit
Fried Bread  
Hazelnuts  
Sherry vinegar  
Oil and Salt  
Romanesco cooked  

Preparation

- Prepare the Romesco sauce: toast in the oven the onion, the garlic, the tomato, the ñora and the hazelnuts.

- Add the toasted bread, vinegar, oil and salt and blend.

- Fry the Frinca / Prielá Roasted Vegetables and Goat Cheese croquettes.

- Arrange the croquettes on the serving plate accompanied by the cooked romanesco.

- Garnish generously with the romesco sauce.
