Mushroom Croquettes with Cream of Ham Cream

Ingredients

Mushroom Croquettes Frinca / Prielá 4 Units
Ham cubes 40g
Garlic 1/4 Unit
Onion 30g
Green bell pepper 20g
Liquid cream 10ml
Ham broth 200ml
Oil and salt  

Preparation

- Prepare the ham cream: fry the garlic, the onion, the bell pepper and half of the ham. Soak in the broth and cook for 30 minutes. Mash until a thick cream is obtained.

- Fry the Prielá / Frinca mushroom croquettes.

- Spread the cream on the serving dish. Place the croquettes around it.

- Decorate with the rest of the ham.
