Hake and Shrimp Croquettes in Sweet and Sour Sauce

Ingredients

Hake Croquettes Prawns Prielá 5 Units
Tomato 100g
Chives 25g
Lime juice  
Salt  
Cilantro  
Sweet and Sour Sauce  

Preparation

- Prepare the ham cream: fry the garlic, the onion, the bell pepper and half of the ham. Soak in the broth and cook for 30 minutes. Mash until a thick cream is obtained.

- Fry the Prielá / Frinca mushroom croquettes.

- Spread the cream on the serving dish. Place the croquettes around it.

- Decorate with the rest of the ham.
