Hake and Shrimp Croquettes with Cream of Peas and Celery Cream

Ingredients

Hake and Prawn Croquettes Prielá 4 Units 
Peas 50g
Evaporated milk 50ml
Potato 50g
Onion 25g
Mint  
Vegetable broth  
Salt, pepper, nutmeg  
Celery 25g
Capers 10 Units

Preparation

• In a small saucepan pour oil. When it is hot, add the onion cut into small pieces, the diced potato and the peas.

• Stir a little and add the vegetable stock.

• Then we add salt and pepper to taste, we grate a nutmeg and we also add the mint and let it boil.

• Blend everything together, add the evaporated milk and stir well so that everything is well integrated.

• Fry the hake and shrimp croquettes and serve.
