Iberian Croquettes with Straw Potatoes

Ingredients

Iberian Ham Croquettes Prielá / Frinca 3 Units
Small potato 1 Unit
Oil  
Salt  
Sprouts of sprouts  

Preparation

- Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut into strips as thin as possible. Fry in plenty of oil until golden brown and crispy. Season.

- Fry the Frinca / Prielá Ibérico croquettes.

- Arrange the potatoes in a bowl and place the croquettes on top.

- Decorate with the sprouts.
