Stew Croquettes with Black Pudding and Rice

Ingredients

Prielá Stew Croquettes / Frinca 3 Units
Rice black pudding 30g
Edible flowers  

Preparation

- Cut the rice blood sausage into slices. Fry.

- Remove the skin from the blood sausage and crumble the inside.

- Fry the Frinca / Prielá stew croquettes.

- Arrange the croquettes on a plate and place the crumbled black pudding on top of each one.

- Decorate the plate with edible flowers.
