Stew Croquettes with Stew Broth and sautéed Cabbage

Ingredients

Frinca / Prielá stew croquette 3 Units
Stew broth 1 Vaso
Cooked cabbage 1/4 Unit
Garlic 1 Unit
Sweet paprika and hot paprika  
Oil and salt  

Preparation

· Prepare the sautéed cabbage: fry the garlic clove in oil. Add the cooked cabbage and the two bell peppers, stir. 

· Frying the croquettesPrielá / Frinca

· Place cabbage baskets on a plate.

· Place a croquette of stew on top of each basket.

· Accompany the dish with a glass of stew broth.
