Cheese croquette (La Zamorana - Gastrobar) with tomato marmalade and cloud of cured cheese

Ingredients

Croquette La zamorana     2 units
Tomato jam     20g
Cured cheese     20g
Chopped chives     1g

Preparation

- Temper the tomato jam.

- Grate the cured cheese.

- Fry the croquettes.

- Serve the croquettes on a plate and place the tomato jam on top of each one.

- Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and decorate with the chives.
