Ingredients

Chicken croquette (La de Corral - Gastrobar)     2 Units
Mayonnaise     30g
Tartufata 5g
Green asparagus tip     3g
Parsley leaf     1g

Preparation

- Mix the mayonnaise with the tartufata and parsley.

- Cut the asparagus in half lengthwise.

- Fry the croquettes and serve on a plate.

-Place the sauce on one side of the plate and 1 asparagus tip on top.
