XXL Mushroom Cannelloni with Ham and Asparagus Cream

Ingredients

Mushroom Cannelloni XXL Frinca / Prielá 1 Unit
Iberian Ham 15 g
Chives 30 g
Leek 20 g
White wine 5 ml
Meat broth 100 ml
Asparagus tips 3 Units

Preparation

- Prepare the ham cream: fry the onion and leek. Add the wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add the broth and let it cook. Blend.

- Blanch the asparagus tips. Cut into 4 parts and thread them on a skewer.

- Cook the Prielá / Frinca XXL Mushroom Cannelloni.

- Place the ham cream at the bottom of the serving dish. Place the mushroom cannelloni skewer on top.

- Decorate with the asparagus tips.
