XXL Codfish Cannelloni with artichoke bechamel sauce, tomato and artichoke chips

Ingredients

XXL Codfish Cannelloni 1 Unit 
Light béchamel sauce 150ml
Peeled and seeded tomato 1/2 Unit 
Artichokes 2 Units 
Vinegar  
Extra virgin olive oil  
Parsley  

Preparation

· Put the parsley together with the artichoke in a saucepan with boiling water.

· Mash the béchamel together with the boiled artichoke to create a homogeneous mixture.

· Season the peeled and seeded tomato cubes with salt, extra virgin olive oil and vinegar.

· Plate the XXL cod cannelloni and pour the béchamel and artichoke mixture on top.

· Finally, add the seasoned tomato cubes, together with the artichoke chips on top.
