Codfish Fritters with Sweet and Sour Orange Sauce

Ingredients

Prielá / Mesón Codfish Fritters 3 Units
Orange juice 50 ml
Soy sauce 0,5 tbsp
Ketchup 0,5 tbsp
White wine 0,5 tbsp
Garlic 10 g
Sugar 0,5 tbsp
Cornstarch 0,5 tbsp
Orange segments  
Salt  
Pepper  

Preparation

· Prepare the sweet and sour orange: mix the orange juice with the wine in a saucepan and place on the fire. Stir in soy sauce and whole garlic.

· Add the sugar and cornstarch. Add the ketchup and simmer until the sauce thickens.

· Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.

· Fry the Frinca / Prielá Cod Fritters.

· Arrange the sweet and sour sauce on the bottom of a plate. Thread the fritters onto a skewer stick.

· Garnish with the orange segments.
