Ingredients

Bomba riojana 2 Units
Chorizo 35g
Huevos de codorniz 2 Units
Aioli 20g
Chives 1g

Preparation

- Finely chop the chorizo and bake in the oven until crispy.

- Fry the bombas.

- Fry the quail eggs.

- Serve the bombs on a plate and place the aioli on top of each one.

- Place the quail eggs on the sauce and the chorizo cubes on top.

- Decorate with chives.
