Bomba brava with aioli and valentine sauce

Ingredients

Bomba brava 2 Units
Aioli 40g
Salsa Valentina 20 g
Chives 2g

Preparation

- Fill a piping bag with the aioli and another piping bag with the Valentina sauce.

- Finely chop the chives and set aside.

- Fry the bombs.

- Serve on a plate and on each one of them place a dot of alioli and on top of it, a dot of Valentina sauce.

- Decorate with the chopped chives.
